Current payment, credit reservation and billing support behavior
Status
Final refund conditions, request windows, promotional credit expiry, dispute and compensation rules remain subject to operator approval. This page does not promise unconditional refunds, permanent credits or fixed processing times.
Current billing behavior
Published catalog entries and frozen order details determine recharge offers. Credits are granted after payment verification; a return page alone does not establish payment success. Generation may reserve credits before settling or releasing them. A reservation must not be counted again as independent consumption. Conversation and generation charges have separate records. Price changes do not rewrite confirmed task quotes.
Unknown submissions or missing costs require reconciliation, not blind repetition of paid tasks. Review Credit records and provide order or task identifiers through Support. Requests do not immediately issue refunds or change balances. Do not share payment card numbers, passwords or API keys.
