Necessary storage

Authentication cookies maintain your session. Browser storage may keep language, interface state, drafts and pending requests. Pending request keys help recover the same submission after a lost response. Guest inquiry receipts are held in session storage for the current tab; clearing storage or closing the tab can remove your access to that receipt.

Visiting the site does not imply agreement to optional analytics. Blocking or clearing storage may affect login, draft recovery and inquiry access.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics components are off by default. The controls on this page save a choice for the current browser only. Opting in loads only services actually configured by the operator. The code supports Google Analytics, Clarity, Plausible and Umami; support does not mean each service is active. The final list and retention arrangements must be verified before final policy publication.

These controls apply only to the optional analytics components above, not every third-party feature. Any separately configured service, such as a support chat widget, requires its own activation and storage disclosure; disabling analytics does not establish that every third-party service is disabled.

Changing a choice reloads this page. Refresh other open tabs to apply the new choice. Withdrawal prevents these components from loading on new pages; it does not automatically erase data already received by providers or all existing third-party cookies.
