01　Check which account is signed in

Conversations, references, and works belong to their owner. Signing in with another email does not give access to the first account’s content.

02　Search conversation history

Open conversation history and search for words from a title, your request, or an assistant reply. Search treats text and punctuation literally. Clear the query to return to the list.

Opening a conversation restores its saved draft and history. In a long conversation, load earlier messages to read further back.

03　Check delivered works

My works includes delivered images, depth maps, and 3D results. Check the original conversation while a task is still running. A proposal by itself does not create a downloadable file.

You can also check the recycle bin. If you still cannot find a result, include the approximate time and steps in service feedback. Never include passwords or API keys.
